Indoor Space – Villa Thealon

Step inside to a stylish open-plan living area that exudes warmth, elegance, and comfort. The spacious lounge features plush sofas, a 75’’ Smart TV, and a cozy fireplace, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Crete. The fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and stools, connects seamlessly to the dining area for 10 guests, creating an inviting atmosphere for shared meals and social gatherings.

The ground level hosts two elegant bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (1.80×2.00),one convertible into twin beds upon request, air conditioning, a 43’’ Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms open to private balconies with captivating sea views, while a communal WC completes this floor.

Ascending to the upper level, you’ll find three more beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room of Villa Thealon features a king-size bed, A/C, 43’’ Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The rooms open to private balconies or spacious verandas with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding landscape, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Cretan horizon.

Outdoor Space – Villa Thealon

Step outside and immerse yourself in the villa’s inviting Mediterranean ambiance. Take a refreshing dip in the private saltwater infinity pool (74.5 sqm, 1.50 m depth) while soaking up the uninterrupted sea views, or let little ones play safely in the children’s pool (4.5 sqm, 0.50 m depth).

Relax on comfortable sun loungers, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and enjoy alfresco dining under the stars at the barbecue area, complete with a charcoal grill, sink, and dining table for 10 guests. The spacious parking area for up to six cars ensures complete convenience and privacy for all guests.

*From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night from April to October and 4€ per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
