Indoor facilities – Kaliva Residence

Kaliva residence is a luxurious, brand-new two-floor Villa covering 110 sqm. The Villa provides comfortable accommodation, it can host up to 7 people, and its wonderful position offers a stunning sea view from almost everywhere you stand. The villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, as well as a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The ground floor boasts two bedrooms with double beds and two fully equipped bathrooms with showers. On the top floor, one more bedroom can be found with a double bed and a fully equipped en suite bathroom. All villa bedrooms, along with the living room area, are air-conditioned, while ground-floor bedrooms are also equipped with rooftop wooden fans providing a perfect in-room temperature.

Last but not least, high-quality natural bathroom amenities are also provided. Its design is ideal for families or groups of friends as it offers privacy and intimacy at the same time! Kaliva residence opens up to a modernly designed, open-plan space, featuring a living room area and a fully-equipped kitchen, providing you with everything you may need for a self-catered vacation.

The outstanding outdoor area of Kaliva residence features a private and heated swimming pool with its depth varying, surrounded by palm trees and tropical planting. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs, along with an outdoor sitting area offering an unobstructed view of the sea and clear blue sky! On the top floor, an outdoor patio under the shade of a lovely wooden pergola offers relaxing moments and a perfect spot for meditation. Staring at the breathtaking view of the sun rising every morning will regenerate you and elevate your wellness! BBQ facilities and a dining area are also provided, so you can enjoy al fresco dining with your loved ones, try your cooking skills, and create some unforgettable memories!

*Heated Pool Policy – Kaliva Residence

The swimming pool can be heated upon request from March to May and from October to November, free of charge. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
