Innovative in design, with the two bedrooms separated by a 2.5m corridor, this residence offers privacy, peace, and seclusion. Indoor facilities – Villa Charisma

Set in gardens of flowering shrubs, trees, and herbs, with the faintest aroma of lavender on the light breeze, with natural stone terraces and balconies. Cozy yet elegant, the large outdoor dining area has a pergola that regulates the shade and the sun throughout the day. The living space of Charisma is over two distinct floors and features large “picture” windows that bring in natural light and offer impressive panoramic views. The ground-floor access opens to a spacious living room, with an eco-friendly fireplace at its heart. The open-plan kitchen features practical Corian work surfaces and the latest appliances and incorporates an informal dining area.

A free-standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom on the first floor, where the en-suite bathroom and bath, and the large balcony and unique private outdoor seating space, allow you to gaze out over the bay. Meanwhile, the ground floor double/twin bedroom en-suite bathroom with a walk-in spa shower area has a separate entrance with large doors opening onto the terrace.

Outdoor facilities – Villa Charisma

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool, which has a heated pool system that seems to attract permanent sunshine, allowing you to gaze at the sea and let you get closer to nature and enjoy the Greek sun. Sunbeds surround the pool, and a dining area for 6 under a protected pergola completes the exterior area.

The important feature of the landscape of this area is the well-known olive oil, which is popular for its nutritional value, which is produced by olive trees. It is well-known that Crete has rich fauna and flora. The modern stones of the exterior walls match the surrounding area.

Fully equipped and set in a vibrant, open-air environment, it’s perfect for energizing workouts or a refreshing start to your day. This shared facility is free for all guests, offering a unique wellness experience right within the complex.

Heated Pool policy – Villa Charisma

The swimming pool can be heated with an additional cost upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 – 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night per villa from April to October and 4€ per night per villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

A security deposit is required.
