Indoor facilities – Villa Kallos

Villa Kallos is a property in which the charming features will enchant guests that it has to offer. On the ground floor is a living room with a sofa and a smart TV with satellite channels for unforgettable, cozy nights with friends and family. Right next to it is a dining room with a table for 8, where you can enjoy elegant meals prepared in the fully-equipped and modern kitchen. The greatest element of this villa is the extensive use of stone and glass, which gives you direct access to the pool and the gazing view. The whole house has direct access to the exterior area because of its design and the extensive use of glass. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a satellite smart TV with access to an indoor veranda. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart satellite TV. Last but not least, on the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a satellite smart TV with a mountain and sea view from the balcony. One communal bathroom with a shower & a WC exists on the ground floor, adequate for all the guests, and a communal bathroom with a shower on the upper floor.

Outdoor facilities – Villa Kallos

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large private swimming pool. Next to the pool is a dining area with a dining table for 8 people under a pergola where you can enjoy your drinks or food under the starlight sky. Sun loungers offer you the best view of the sea and nature of Kissamos and provide you with the luxury of enjoying the Greek sun. Don’t miss the parking space for 3 cars.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.

Die Villa ist einfach ein Traum! Unglaublich schön eingerichtet und es wurde auf so vieles geachtet. Die Ausstattung ist besonders hochwertig und es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Highlight ist der Pool mit einem unglaublich Ausblick. Wir haben wirklich jeden Sonnenuntergang genossen! 🙂 Aber auch die Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich gut.
