The villa has exclusive autonomy and privacy is located only 700 meters from the sea, and can comfortably host 2 guests. Right next to the bedroom, there is a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen providing the guests with all the necessary appliances. All these facilities will make your holiday cooking the most pleasurable experience. A sense of hospitality exists in every corner of this Villa, making your stay comfortable and unforgettable. The windows offer a view of every aspect of the exterior area creating the illusion of transparency and providing a seamless transition between the indoor and the outdoor areas.

Outdoors facilities
The major feature of the exterior area that will catch your eye, is the private swimming pool and the outdoor dining facility with BBQ. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful lawn-covered garden, ideal for children to play, and the whole residence is fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests. The villa at night lights up and is even more beautiful offering the guests an unforgettable experience under the starlight sky. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
