Villa Abyss is a new modern villa on the west side of Crete in the village of Agios Georgios in Kissamos. The villa is built in a magnificent location with an impressive view of the Gramvousa peninsula and Kissamos Bay. It is designed for a luxurious holiday on a hillside in a beautiful landscape.

Indoor
A main feature of the design is the landscape and the sea view. Big windows are built from wall to wall allowing sunlight to flood the interior of the villa and let you enjoy the impressive view and the warm sun that Crete has. The living room is decorated with modern stone walls, and the stone-made sofa can be turned into a bed. An open-plan kitchen with white furniture is equipped with a range of amenities and a dining table nearby. Villa Abyss has one bedroom which is separated from the main building area. In Villa Abyss, two different buildings were built one close to the other and which are connected to an adjoining stone walkway with beautiful flowers and trees around. An en-suite bathroom is designed for a relaxing bath, not to mention the window placed by the tub to enjoy the panoramic view.

Outdoor
A private swimming room with comfortable sunbeds and a large outdoor dining area provides a pergola. The high quality of elements, the minimal design, and the modern architecture offer calmness and a luxurious stay. The villa is surrounded by plenty of plants, trees, herbs, shrubs, and flowers. Villa Abyss is easily accessible for a wheelchair and people with disabilities. It is an ideal choice for those who want to relax and have fun with their friends and family.

The important feature of the landscape of this area is the well-known olive oil that is popular for its nutritional value which is produced by olive trees. It is well-known that Crete has rich fauna and flora. The modern stones of the exterior walls match the surrounding area.

Villa Abyss is part of a complex with 8 luxury villas, each one with its private facilities and amenities.

A security deposit is required.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
