Indoor facilities
Villa Anemeli comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across five airy bedrooms. The main entrance is on the ground floor, which consists of a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining area, and two living rooms with satellite smart screen TV. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double-size bed and a communal bathroom which is suitable for all the guests. A staircase leads you to the first floor with three airy bedrooms, two bedrooms with double-size beds and satellite smart screen TV, and a bedroom also with a smart screen TV with a twin-size bed. Two of them share a bathroom while the other one has an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom with the king-size bed, in the attic, has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and an exercise machine Seaview & an elliptical cross-trainer.

Outdoor facilities
Outside, the area seems like a paradise! The private pool is the perfect place to soak up the awesome sea view. There is a covered dining area with a pergola which comes complete with a barbecue, ideal for those who want to dine gazing at the surroundings. Don’t miss the parking space which is suitable for 4 cars. Outdoor furniture entreats you to relax and what better way to end your day than to enjoy the unique sunset?

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
