Indoor facilities at Atriora Luxury Villa

Set on a 550 sqm private plot, the villa spans 160 sqm across 2 levels of thoughtfully designed living space. Large windows flood the interior with natural light while seamlessly connecting the indoor spaces with the outdoor living areas. Every corner of the villa has been carefully designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy memorable moments together. The minimalist design and carefully selected furnishings create an elegant yet cosy atmosphere, offering the perfect environment to relax and enjoy the slow pace of Cretan living.

On the ground floor, Atriora Luxury Villa features a contemporary open-plan layout where the living room, dining area, and kitchen create the heart of the home. The comfortable living area is furnished with a large sofa and a 75” Smart Satellite TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring western Crete. Direct access to the pool terrace allows guests to enjoy effortless indoor-outdoor living throughout their stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the modern appliances required for preparing homemade meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the indoor dining area comfortably seats six guests.

The villa offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, the master bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the pool terrace while enjoying peaceful mountain views.

The upper floor hosts two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers twin beds that can be converted into a double bed upon request, while the second one features a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms enjoy direct access to a shared furnished balcony overlooking both the sea and the surrounding mountains. A modern communal bathroom with a shower completes the upper level.

Outdoor facilities at Atriora Luxury Villa

The beautifully designed outdoor area has been created for endless summer enjoyment. At its centre lies a generous 70 sqm private swimming pool with a separate children’s pool section, allowing guests of all ages to enjoy refreshing moments under the Mediterranean sun. Comfortable sun loungers and an umbrella surround the pool, inviting guests to soak up the sunshine or simply relax with a refreshing drink. The charcoal barbecue, together with the pergola-covered outdoor dining area for eight guests, creates the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the shaded lounge area offers an inviting space to unwind throughout the day or enjoy peaceful evenings under the stars. The villa also provides private parking for one vehicle, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night from April to October and 4€ per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
