Actea Seaview Villa I

This villa is absolutely beautiful, the pool is lovely. All the bedrooms were amazing. The sunsets from this villa are stunning. Stella our host was very helpful & responsive, getting to & in to the villa was very easy. The beach is a 10-15min walk away & had lots of great restaurants all around. Spilios up the hill was one of our favourites, the views & food were brilliant. I loved this villa & would definitely go back. Thank you

We really enjoyed the Actea Seaview Villa in Phalasarna and it lives up to it’s name with incredible views especially at sunset.
Everything was very organised, the villa is well equipped and extremely clean. The location is great with plenty of tavernas a short walk away and the beach is also very accessible.
We hope to visit again in the future.

Not sure why but two of the three of us had issues with using GPS to get to the villa. The villa was lovely and there were so many great restaurants within a short drive. We had cold and very windy weather the first week but the second week more than made up for it. The staff was very responsive to the minor issues or questions that we had during our stay. The housekeeping staff was beyond outstanding. I will return!!!

We are gutted we had to leave. A beautiful house, with stunning views, we absolutely fell in love with Crete.
Our host gave us some great tips on where to go, how to get there and where to eat.
Our kids (we’re a family of 5) rated it as their favourite holiday. We had 4 days chilling by pool and on the beach and 3 days out and about (Samaria gorge is stunning, Balos lagoon & gramvousa definitely worth a visit and Chania is a charming old city). Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The villa was so beautiful and peaceful. We loved the surroundings and views. Exactly as pictured! We were able to have the chef come a few nights and that was incredible! Such a lovely spot so close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were also very quick to respond to any of our requests and questions

The villa was amazing with panoramic views over the sea and mountains. Beautifully furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen. Our family of 8 would head down to the beach early morning and retreat back to the villa for chill out time round the infinity pool. We had several BBQs whilst watching the spectacular sunsets over the sea. All the restuarants we visited were fantastic and were recommended by the host. A brilliant holiday which we would definitely repeat.

What a beautiful place. The home seems brand-new, with modern and tasteful furnishings, beautiful landscaping, an outdoor dining table, a ping-pong table, and an infinity pool that looks out over the ocean. Downstairs there’s a second kitchen, large living area, washer/dryer and drying rack outside, and even some toys and books. We loved it. The main beach is about a 2 minute drive! There are also several good restaurants just a short drive away, and there’s a grocery store at the bottom of the driveway. A highlight of our trip was going to Elafonissi beach, which was an hour and a half drive.
Stella was gracious and responsive, even mailing back a left-behind favorite stuffed animal. Our only (very minor) quibble would be that the long driveway leading up to the house was quite rocky and bumpy. But that’s a small thing. We will definitely come back!

This was without a doubt the most luxurious, pristine and beautiful place we have stayed in. It was so stunning, everything we needed was on our doorstep and the villa was even better than the photos. Peaceful, yet within walking distance of local tavernas and the beach. Just glorious!

PHENOMENAL. That’s how I’d describe our stay, 1 year old in tow. My partner and I booked last minute and were treated like royalty. Stella is really a world class host, never intrusive but always attentive. Now let’s talk about the LOCATION. Perfect spot to be able to drive down to the beach and be in the water within 5 minutes. Then the restaurants are a couple of winding turns and boom you’re eating squid overlooking epic ocean views. Oh did I mention the ocean views back at the house that refreshes you when you look out any window facing that directions. Really takes your breath away. I don’t EVER write this much about a stay but man they got us good! We formed amazing memories for our childs 1st birthday and that is worth anything money can rent. Thank you. P.S I left my car light on and Stella magically found a local guy to start it and vacay/bday was saved haha! ❤️

Loved this villa! I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our time here! The host was very responsive. They provided us with recommendations for activities, and even helped us with rental car booking. The beach is quick walk from the villa and there are several great restaurants nearby.
The home was spotless and peaceful, great patio and outdoor space for hanging out by the pool.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway to Crete!

Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Falassarna is perfect for a quiet getaway or family fun

Our stay in the villa was amazing! The house is beautiful and as described. There is everything you need for the perfect holiday! Best of was the amazing view of the sea and especially the sunset! It is very quite around the house, so perfect for a time out! The area is really nice, there are a lot of restaurants and the beach is very good to reach as well! We‘d love to come back soon!

Die Villa war einfach perfekt für uns als Familie mit 3 Teenagern! Genügend Platz für jeden, der Pingpongtisch, Pool und die PlayStation wurden oft benutzt und die Lage, fussläufig zu Strand, Shop und Taverne ist genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
