Villa S is a brand new villa, part of two luxury villas located just 150 meters from the popular beach of Kalamaki, an ideal beach for couples and families with young children. Kalamaki is situated approximately 5 km west of the beautiful old Venetian port of Chania. All the services and amenities are designed to provide the guest with a stay that is relaxing and comfortable. Both interior and exterior areas are organized and offer complete luxurious privacy. Indoor facilities – Villa S

Villa S contains 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sleeps 8 people. In addition, two extra people can be accommodated on a full-size sofa bed that opens up to two single beds (2 meters in length). The villa provides satellite TV in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a media room, and a playroom for younger children. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 8 people. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a common bathroom room. On the upper floor, there is one master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage tub. Large window doors open to a private balcony with a sea view. One large bedroom with twin beds –convertible into a king– and an en-suite bathroom with a private balcony. On the lower floor, there is one master bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom room. Large media room/children’s playroom with large sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a bathroom/washroom. On the lower floor, there is also a fitness room for those who want to keep up with their healthy routine.

Outdoor facilities – Villa S

Villa S has a private pool and sea views from the top floor balcony. Sun loungers with umbrellas and a lounge/sitting area create the best place to relax and enjoy the Greek sun. The bus service in the area runs every 15-20 minutes and enables you to visit the historic and commercial center of the city of Chania right up to late at night. For those who enjoy hiking and road exploring, our villa is a great starting point for many wonderful routes on the coast, as well as inland. Along your inland routes, you will find olive groves and citrus trees that alternate in colors and aromas, ah! The magic of the region of Chania and Crete. With our villa ideally located in the center of the region of Chania, you can explore whatever your taste for life desires: stunning exotic beaches (Balos, Falassarna, and Elafonissi), traditional mountain villages (at the foot of the white mountains), monasteries and historic monuments, all within a distance that may vary from fifteen minutes to an hour and a half drive away.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
