Omnia Villas are two twin villas located in a privileged location with gorgeous views, high-end amenities, and modern design. Each one has a private entrance while each villa has autonomy and its own facilities.

Omnia Villa ll is part of the Omnia Villas Complex, which includes two villas: Omnia Villa l ( 3 bedrooms) and Omnia Villa ll ( 3 bedrooms). Omnia Villas are two twin villas located in a privileged location with gorgeous views, high-end amenities, and modern design. Each one has autonomy.
The brand-new villa Omnia offers a stylish and luxurious getaway with gorgeous views. Spread over three floors, the contemporary holiday residence can accommodate 6 to 8 guests with three bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and airy living and dining areas that can comfortably accommodate all the guests. Choose Villa Omnia and make your stay in Crete a memorable dream that comes true! On the ground floor, a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, a living area with a fireplace, a big flat Smart TV 60’ with satellite channels, and a dining area suitable for 6 guests are found. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a shared WC and a washing machine.
The three bedrooms of the villa are located on the first and the second floor. The first bedroom is located on the first floor with a double-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower while the last bedroom has a king-sized bed, a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds with a high-quality mattress, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, a smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access, bath amenities, linens and towels for all the guests, a hairdryer, and high-quality mattresses.
The base capacity for Villa Omnia is 6 guests (that can comfortably be hosted in the 3 bedrooms) with a maximum capacity of 8 guests (two more guests can be hosted on the sofa on the upper floor that can be converted into two single beds). For above 6 guests there is an extra charge per person/night. In case guests wish to use the sofa bed in the upper floor bedroom as a bed there is going to be an extra charge per night/person even if the base capacity of 6 guests has not been exceeded.
Outdoor facilities at Omnia Villa II Chania
Entering the balcony, you will see a view that will impress you! Swimming in the outdoor pool or drinking a glass of wine above the sea will offer you the most unforgettable experience that you may ever have. Sunbeds, showers, and a table with chairs complete the outdoor area. The selected choice of earthy colors creates a warm place that lets your kids swim safely as there is a safe shallow separate pool for them next to the main pool. On the lower level, there is a secure parking space that is common for both villas, suitable for 2 cars (for each villa).
*Heated Pool Policy – Omnia Villa II Chania
The swimming pool can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump for an additional cost per day from September 15 until the end of May, with a pool temperature set at 26-27°C, depending on the weather conditions. Please note that we require 5 days’ advance notice for this facility, and the minimum usage period is 3 days. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
Please be advised that the small road leading to the Omnia Villas has a steep incline over the last 50 meters, and we kindly ask you to drive with extra caution. If you have any concerns or feel unsure about driving down, you are welcome to park your car at the beginning of the road, on the main street.

This is a beautiful house with incredible views. It was so spacious and comfortable for our group of six. A little tricky to get in and out of the narrow and highly inclined driveway, but not a big deal. The host was there to meet us at check-in and explain everything. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook. The best part was sitting in the heated pool, watching the sunset. We loved this place.
Just finished a great week at the Omnia Villa in Crete. Fabulous villa with beautiful views and some good restaurants within walking distance. The outdoor space is limited but the views more than made up for this for us. Attentive service and quality recommendations on restaurants and activities made this a super holiday. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Omnia Villas in Chania. It was everything and more than we expected. The villa is modern, clean and facilities were excellent. The view from the pool area was the stunning feature. The surrounding area is residential and quite, but with a local shop and some nice bars within walking distance. We would recommend Omnia Villas. The only word of caution is that the driveway to the property is steep and if you have a big car then the garage entry is quiet tight.

The property’s manager, Nicole, was so helpful and communicative, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and answer all our questions. We had a fantastic stay, and will 100% be coming back!

The place is well designed and is mindful of the possible needs guests might have from a holiday home. Efficient air conditioning, modern design and a pool & living room with a scenic view over the old city port and the bay area. Location wise it’s between the old harbor and the airport and fitted our 3 cars throughout the stay (consider renting cars in crete, I highly recommend it so you might get around and see all the places/beaches the island has to offer). The concierge was always helpful and accommodating, so feel free to ask for advice when making your holiday itinerary. An overall wonderful place to stay!

L’emplacement est superbe avec un vue splendide sur la ville de la cannée depuis les hauteur. Calme et près des plus belles plage de Crete. En périphérie de la canné.
Pleins de petites attentions pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Ménage tout les 3 jours. Parking et ascenseur privé pour monter les valises à l’étage.

Only negative is the drive way and parking is crazy tight so difficult with a large car.

The house and the view is beyond beautiful. Everything was clean and high quality. There are three things that people should made more aware of in the listing (might not be a problem for you personally and then it’s the perfect place):
– the house is not safe and not at all suitable for small children
– parking requires braveness and a car with the power do go up a 45 degree hill.
– if there are loud neighbors next door it is not quiet

Great villa, with amazing sea view. Every bedroom gets its own floor for maximum privacy.
There’s an elevator that connects all floors and going down to the parking lot.
I recommend future guests to rent a small car (awd recommended)since going in and out the parking lot is a tight and can be challenging for large cars.
Probably the best view in all of Crete amplified by the gorgeous infinity pool. Absolutely incredible sunset views, Modern, luxurious finishes in what felt like a brand new villa. Top notch cleaning. Useful amenities including an elevator which made it easier to move around this gorgeous 3 story villa. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Good communication from the management company.
Not really issues for us but few things to keep in mind before booking. The final approach to the villa is via very steep road which is not for inexperienced drivers. The driveway is narrow which can make it harder to reverse cars. The villa is immaculate but not the safest for active toddlers. Renting a car is a must while staying here. Wifi was a bit spotty.
