Akron Cliffside Villa | Seaview Luxury & Private Pool

Set in a privileged and private location near the village of Plaka, just seventy meters from the cliff edge, this five-bedroom villa offers absolute privacy, refined design, and a truly immersive experience of the sea and sunset. Indoor facilities at Akron Cliffside Villa

The villa features a contemporary open-plan living space designed to maximize light, views, and comfort. The living room is elegantly furnished and opens directly onto the outdoor terrace through large glass doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A cozy and stylish atmosphere is enhanced by natural materials and modern design elements, making it the ideal space for relaxation throughout the day.

Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen includes a spacious island bar for three guests and is fitted with premium stone countertops and high-end built-in appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and integrated espresso machine. The dining area is perfectly integrated within the open space, offering a comfortable setting for shared meals.

The villa offers a carefully designed sleeping arrangement distributed across different levels, ensuring comfort, privacy, and a seamless living experience for all guests.

The ground floor hosts two well-appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and access to a shared bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom features a king-size bed, a sofa, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the pool area. Together, these bedrooms make the ground floor ideal for guests who value convenience and immediate connection to the outdoor living areas.

The upper level is dedicated to more private sleeping quarters. Its first bedroom features a king-size bed, a sofa, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a private balcony with sea views. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a private balcony with sea views.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding, quality linens, and a soothing aesthetic, ensuring a consistent sense of relaxation and privacy throughout the villa.

Outdoor facilities at Akron Cliffside Villa

The outdoor area of Cliffside Villa is designed for pure relaxation and outdoor living. The highlight is the private swimming pool with a dedicated children-friendly shallow section, surrounded by sun loungers and open views that create a serene and luxurious atmosphere. A dining area with seating for outdoor meals, a charcoal BBQ for relaxed cooking, and comfortable lounge spaces allow guests to fully enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. The outdoor terraces are designed for both social gatherings and peaceful moments in nature.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 7 days’ advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival.

Damage Deposit
Please note that a damage deposit of 1.500€ is required and is payable upon arrival in cash. The amount will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damage or destruction has occurred in the villa.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
