Indoor facilities – Ariadni Villa

Ariadni Villa is a single ground-floor villa featuring three bedrooms, one with a double-size bed, one with a king bed, and one with twin-size beds. Comfort and coziness are provided. On the same floor, there is an open-air living room with a sofa and a satellite TV.

Pretty close to it, there is a kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities and appliances to enjoy an unforgettable cooking experience and a dining table for 6 guests. The villa has two bathrooms, one ensuite and one communal bathroom, which is suitable for all the guests. Natural materials, soft tones, and particular architecture, great attention to detail create a warm and stylish atmosphere. More importantly, it is a great place to spend quality time with your family and friends creating memories for a lifetime. These villas are about the ultimate holiday sensation, a carefree feeling!

Outdoor facilities – Ariadni Villa

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool which can be heated after request and is surrounded by the sun loungers and umbrellas. You can enjoy the Cretan sun and nature on the sun loungers next to the pool and feel the joy of privacy and ultimate tranquility. A dining area for all the guests next to a sitting area for carefree moments is the perfect place where you can have a glass of wine while admiring the exterior area and nature with your loved ones.

*Heated Pool Policy – Ariadni Villa

The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
