הוילה מדהימה ומושלמת למשפחות גדולות! שהינו שם 5 לילות, נהנינו מאוד ממרחבים גדולים ופינוקים גם בפנים וגם בחוץ. הילדים לא הפסיקו ליהנות מהבריכה, המטבח מצויד היטב עם כל הכלים הדרושים, והמארחים היו נדיבים במיוחד – קיבלנו פירות, יין, ריבות ושוקולד שחיכו לנו בבית. היו שפע מגבות, סבונים בכל חדרי הרחצה, והאירוח של ג’ורג המקסים היה חם, נעים וזמין לכל צורך. ממליצים מכל הלב!

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in der Villa! In echt ist sie sogar noch viel, viel schöner als auf den Fotos – einfach traumhaft. George war super freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Villa ist sehr schön & sauber. Der Gastgeber hat sich super gekümmert und war immer sehr schnell erreichbar & immer freundlich. Alles unkompliziert. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!

We had a truly spectacular stay at Casa di Franco. The house is built to an excellent standard, with beautiful finishes, great amenities, and a show-stopping pool area. Stella, our concierge, planned everything for us – airport transfers, wine & olive oil tour, private boat cruise, private chef – and was truly a joy to work with. George the owner of the house was also great – he was extremely responsive to all of our requests and he went above and beyond to offer us lifts to the beach and pick up groceries for us as needed.
I would recommend having a car to be able to explore more of the area, but even without one there is a fantastic restaurant a 5min walk away from the villa called Spilios, the beach is within a 5min drive, and Stella & George are more than happy to arrange transfers. Would stay with them again in a heartbeat – looking forward to the next one!

This was the most spectacular Villa that we stayed in while in Greece. The views and sunset from the pool area are breathtaking. You are walking distance from one of the best taverna in the area and a short drive to a farm to table restaurant. George was extremely helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our time here and would have loved to stay longer. All the finishes are top of the line, I don’t think this space could be improved upon. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Our stay was amazing! The owner George was very friendly and responsive when we needed things sorted. He was very quick to communicate with us. The staff were lovely and they made the stay all the more enjoyable.
We felt really at home in the villa and we will be booking again for another trip very very soon!

This villa stay was exceptional from the moment of booking it to the departure . The photos of the villa do not do it justice – it’s breathtaking in real life . The size and the amenities are so very well thought of ; Elevator in the Villa , disabled friendly bedroom and bathroom. The projector in the living room for entertainment . The Wine cellar and the incredible Hammam . It is very rare as an airbnb host that I am and a frequent airbnb user and traveller that I have I seen and experienced a stay like this at the villa to exceed all expectations and then some . The host George was incredible in answering all our queries before our stay and then went further during and provided a Shopping service from the supermarket to our door at no extra cost ! George regularly checked in on us, would proactively enquire whether we needed supplies. 10/10 and 5 Stars – I highly recommend everyone to have a stay at this stunning villa ! Thankyou so much George for your incredible hospitality!

House is as beautiful as it looks and very well maintained. Location and view are perfect, tons of restaurants and shops. Beach is less than 5 minute drive away. George was very helpful throughout our entire stay helping us with anything we needed and local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone. We are dreaming of going back.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. La villa est tout simplement époustouflante, très moderne, fidèle aux photos, une superbe vue. Nous étions 16 personnes dont 8 adolescents, et la maison était assez grande et confortable. Une très grande table extérieure dont nous avons profité plusieurs soirs pour souper. Le nettoyage quotidien de la villa était très apprécié. Notre hôte George a été formidable, il s’est assuré tout au long du séjour que nous soyons bien. Il nous a organisé la visite d’un pêcheur à la villa avec les poissons frais du jour, une très belle soirée au restaurant Spilios avec gâteau de fête pour l’un des enfants, juste Wow! L’une des très belles plages Falassarna est très proche et pas trop occupée, très agréable. Je la recommande vivement.

This villa was heaven! The view is out of this world. The area is alot of fun to explore with lots of restaurants nearby. The beach is a 5 minute drive, and is definitely top 10 of the most beautiful beaches. The host was extremely helpful and hospitable, who went over and beyond. The villa was impeccable, clean, modern, and spacious. I can’t say enough, but to sum it up this was a dream vacation

Auch das Internet war absolut perfekt. Wir hatten eine Workation und regelmässige Zoomcalls und alles lief einwandfrei.

Had the most blissful stay in this stunning location. Everything we needed was taken care of and so easy. The property and facilities itself are perfect and so beautiful with a lot of space to enjoy both privacy and social time over dinner inside or out, by the pool or cooking in the well stocked kitchen. George was a very attentive and kind host and helpful with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The villa was perfect – exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location was great with lovely local restaurants near by.

Our family get together was so memorable at Phalasarna Luxury Villas.
George communicated well with us and was so obliging and ready to make our stay great. We enjoyed local restaurants and beaches, as well as a private boat trip to Balos and self driving trips to the stunning Elafonissi Beach and Seitan Iimania Beach.
The Villa worked so well for our group with so many ensuites and rooms with office desks and downstairs for darkness for the baby.
The hamman was a beautiful and lively experience too.
However, the pool area was outstanding.

More magical than you can possibly expect!! This place is pure heaven. The pool is phenomenal and looks out to the most stunning sunset you can imagine. All the rooms are also gorgeous.
Also important to share is that George (most incredible host) was so supportive the entire time to ensure our trip was perfect. He helped me organise dinners, meat for the BBQ, boat trips, taxis…honestly, he was the best host I’ve ever had.
