We stayed here for three weeks and truly loved every moment. From the second we walked in, we felt welcomed, the fridge was generously stocked with all kinds of food, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long flight. The house had everything we could possibly need: books, board games, a wine carafe, espresso cups, and every kitchen appliance imaginable. You can really feel the care put into every detail. When I mentioned to Stella that some pans were scratched, the owner showed up within two hours with brand-new pans and extra utensils. That level of attention absolutely impressed us. The cleaning and pool teams were also wonderful; fast, quiet, and consistently leaving everything spotless. Stella herself was incredible throughout our stay. She replied instantly, was warm and helpful, and made everything smooth and stress-free. A huge thank-you to the entire team, and especially the owners, for going the extra mile. We left with such good memories and would happily return.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this penthouse. The space was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There were lovely holiday decorations that our kids enjoyed. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the views unmatched. The location in Chania was perfect for walking around the wonderful city. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We can’t wait to return one day!

The six of us (Aunts and cousins) stayed here for six nights. It was terrific! Great location to explore the old town or the island. We had a car but it didn’t quite fit in the garage (a van) so we parked in a nearby street for free. But if you have a normal sized car the garage would be handy. The penthouse has great space to hang out together or have your own space. Each room is large and with a nice bathroom. We were very pleased with the communication from the managers. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view. Very clean and plenty of amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was over the top. We would recommend this place to our family and friends. Easy walk to old town. Communicating in english was very easy. Happened to run into the owner of the flat. Very nice and kind gentleman. If parking in the building, it is a tight fit, but that was made clear to us before we came, so we knew what to expect. Easy to find additional parking close by (we had 3 cars total).

Fantastic location to old town, but just out of the hustle and bustle. Everything seems it’s within a 20 minute walk. Coming back to the unit felt like coming home. We loved Chania and would definitely return here. No questions asked.

Fantastic stay! We loved the clean, updated, and safe home. Loved that the host had everything we could possibly need especially breakfast and lunch items so we didn’t have to run out and get anything. Everything was explained perfectly and we were able to come and go and explore Chania easily. Parking is evidently hard to find in the area but walking around is perfect! So many options!

We had an amazing stay at the City Moments Penthouse. The apartment is located steps away from the old town – only a 2 minute walk into the old town, and an 8 minute walk to the harbor. The interior was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed from the appliances, to the linens, to all the small touches.
We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches like stocking the apartment with some food/coffee/water (especially since we arrived in Chania after most of the supermarkets had closed)!

We had a lovely stay in Chania. The apartment was perfect for my elderly parents because they could access the whole apartment in the lift, there were just 4 steps at the entrance. The views of the sea from the terrace were amazing and it was easy to walk to the old town and the beach. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a stay in Chania.

My wife and another couple all from the USA were visiting Chania and we had the pleasure of staying at City Moments Penthouse. Let’s just say we were all WOWED upon entering the Penthouse. The pictures of the listing are amazing, but the property is even Better in person. Clean modern luxurious design that is sure to impress even the most discerning. Plenty of room and space to spread out and relax too. We enjoyed the balcony patio for morning breakfast and evening sunset “happy hour” before taking our short walk to the many fantastic restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away. Host Stella could not have been better – perfect check in information, helpful notes and very responsive. If you are looking for the perfect vacation property in this wonderful city of Chania look no further ! You will enjoy City Moments Penthouse.

The penthouse was absolutely beautiful the pictures are exactly the way it looks on the inside but the views are even more incredible in person! The location couldn’t be better, you can walk to everything restaurants, shops etc! We had a family of 6 and there was plenty of room and plenty for us to do! Chania is a beautiful city with the nicest people and culture! Holiways service was impeccable they answered every question and our concierge Stella took care of all the details and offered wonderful suggestions! This was a top 10 vacation! We will be back!

Great visit!

This apartment makes it difficult to stay anywhere else as it is so perfect. It is light, bright, modern with endless balconies to catch sun at different times of the day and wonderful outlook from every direction. It is the perfect location as it is only a brief wander into the old town which to my mind would seem a bit claustrophobic and gloomy as a place to stay. This apartment is incredibly comfortable with gorgeous linens, excellent cleaning service and the absolute bonus of parking in a garage below and simply getting in the lift to the top of the building. It has a small pool which in the heat would be very welcome and comfy loungers. However, it being February I continued my cold dip! It is cosy to stay at this time of year with excellent heating. I cannot fault it and wish I could move in! Responsive help to any questions, altogether a very pleasant and spoiling stay. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in! Stunning rooftop views and beautiful pool, spotless and amazingly designed interiors, and perfect location right next to the old town while still being incredibly peaceful and quiet in the apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Holiways penthouse in Chania. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with amenities! Even though we never met our host in person, their instructions were extremely clear and we had no issues thanks to their prompt and helpful communication. Highly recommend for a luxurious experience in Crete!

There is nothing more that one would want for an air bnb. We are a family of six: grandparents, parents and two kids 8 and 11.
The kids loved the private pool which we had heated for a reasonable extra fee- well worth it for the hours of enjoyment they had. We also enjoyed the pool to refresh after a long day of exploring. The terraces are fantastic with a large one facing south and west by the pool and smaller ones facing east for morning sun on the other side of the living space and one bedroom.
The living room had a large corner sofa, tv with Netflix etc and a PS5 with a few good games. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there was a nice dining space inside and out.
They geeeted us with a fresh local chocolate cake, wine, milk, bread, cheese, yogurt, coffee and a few other items which was a great addition.
The three double bedrooms with en-suites were equally nice and comfy beds.
The location was convenient and onsite parking a bonus. We would come back in a second!

An amazing apartment in a brilliant location. The balconies and terraces have great views of Chania and the apartment is furnished to a high standard.
The team are incredibly quick to respond to any and all queries.

This place is awesome. 3 huge bedrooms and its own bathrooms. Owner responded immediately and the place is close to everything you need as a tourist. Trying to keep the hot water was little bit tricky but just need to follow the instructions and it worked.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the City Moments Penthouse in Chania, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how the Airbnb looked just like the photos. The attention to detail and the beautiful design of the penthouse made me feel like I was in a luxurious and stylish retreat.
One of the best aspects of the penthouse is its central location. It is conveniently situated within walking distance to the harbor and shopping areas. This made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. I loved being able to stroll around and discover all the wonderful sights and sounds of Chania.

My family and I had a wonderful 10 days in the penthouse. So well equipped and wonderfully located it was everything we had hoped for and more when we booked. The terraces, the views and the pool were amazing and I could never get tired of the spectacular view. Our hosts and cleaners were communicative, helpful and proactive and made our stay even better. We can’t wait to come back again!

The City Moments Penthouse was an incredible stay. It exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 6 staying in Crete for the first time and this place blew us away. We were extremely central and a 10 minute walk down to the old port. There are pretty much 360 degree views of chania from the top balcony with the jacuzzi to top it off. Every night was a beautiful experience. Checking in and was simple and Stella was extremely helpful for any issues. When we arrived there was an issue with the air conditioning but they made sure to fix it right away and bring in a technician.
Nothing to fault with this place. Would 100% stay again.

We had a fabulous time at City Moments Penthouse! Everything was exactly as described, from the beautiful furnishings to its perfect location. There is plenty of room and lots of privacy for every guest. The views from the various decks are amazing! The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, as well as the spacious bedrooms. This Penthouse is meticulous!
Holloway, the listing agent, was extremely responsive prior to and following our check-in. They make the process smooth and easy!

We absolutely loved our stay at the penthouse. We were a group of 2 couples, 1 adult and a baby. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and considerate. Holiways placed 2 cribs (one on each floor) for the baby and also included a walker with some toys. The location is a 10 minute walk from the port where we found delicious restaurants and is even closer to the main old village. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. It’s by far one of the best accommodations I have experienced. Will come back to stay here again

The penthouse was amazing! Perfectly located between old and new city, easy walking to everything. Underground parking was a great perk. Hosts provided cereal, bread, meat and cheese, milk and other breakfast and lunch items which we took advantage of on days we drove out of the area or just lounged by the wonderful large pool, very much appreciated!! Lots of outdoor space and every one of the 3 bedrooms has en suite bathrooms and access to balconies. We would love to come back soon!

Lots of amenities provided; everything is walking distance; and Stella from Holiways is extremely responsive (literally a text away). The pool and the huge balcony are the best part of the penthouse. We would love to come back.

Great Location for visiting Chania old town. Coffee Shops/restaurants and the harbour all within a 10 minute walk. Spacious apartment and a full running track and open air gym behind.

We absolutely loved this property. It felt like the most amazing boutique hotel with triple the space. Especially liked that the bedrooms were on a separate floor from the living room and kitchen. Modern but comfortable with great views from multiple balconies. Our sons loved it too as-they each had their own room and bathroom (and a PS5) I highly recommend this property if you are in the area. It’s gorgeous and worth every penny!

This has been one of my favorite homes! It was in a fantastic location and the private car park indispensable. Unfortunately we had poor weather for most our stay so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the outdoor space which was sad because it’s an awesome area. The house was extremely well appointed – we literally needed to buy nothing! They even supplied robes and slippers which were great given the chilly rainy weather we unexpectedly encountered. The huge tv and sectional were so inviting and we enjoyed a few family nights in. The beds were comfy which is very important to me. The WiFi worked great on the lower level (where the access point was), but was really spotty on the top floor if that matters to anyone. I would highly recommend this home!!

The place is really nice and located right next to the old town which starts as soon as you cross the main road. We used Chania as our base to explore different parts of Crete but at the end of each day when we came back, we were able to enjoy some time in the old town which gets really lively in the evenings. Later at night, we would hang out at our Airbnb and enjoy the surrounding views which were great as it is located on the top floors.

Nous avons absolument adorées notre séjour au Penthouse. Nous sommes un groupe de 3 couples avec deux bébés. La disposition du logement était parfaite. Nous avions chacun une chambre avec salle de bain et balcon ce qui nous permettait de tous avoir un peu d’intimité. Le logement est très bien insonorisé également.
L’hôte avait laissé avant notre arrivé deux lits de bébés avec plusieurs couvertes chaudes et propres à l’intérieur, ainsi que deux chaises hautes bien équipées. Il y avait même quelques jouets pour bébé.
Que dire de la propreté des lieux. C’était tout simplement parfait. Après quelques jours, nous avons même eu droit à un ménage complet et en profondeur des lieux.
Finalement, le localisation est plus que parfaite. Vous êtes situés au abord de la vieille ville. Vous sortez du Penthouse et à quelques pas seulement vous y trouverez d’excellent restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le port en soit est à seulement quelques minutes de marches. WoW je recommande vivement!v

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! The apartment looks just like the photos and is really well maintained and immaculately clean. Plus they’ve also thought of everything, it’s really well equipped. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to all the old town restaurants and bars. Plus the rooftop is a real sun trap in the afternoon, we loved hanging out by the pool.
