Indoor facilities
Epavli Luxury Villa can host up to 12 people and consists of five spacious bedrooms with five bathrooms, all of them ensuite. On the ground floor, there is a living area with a 60’’ satellite TV and a fireplace, a dining table for 12 people. Right next to it, there is a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, there is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed with a flat-screen satellite TV and an ensuite bathroom with a hot tub. On the first floor, you will find four airy bedrooms, three with queen beds and the last one with two single beds. All the rooms are extremely commodious, harbour homely furnishings, and provide a perfect setting in which to relax. A gym with an amazing sea view is also found there! On the lower level of the villa, there is a private apartment with a queen-sized bed, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Outdoor facilities
You have to make the most of the gorgeous exterior area. An outdoor dining area with loungers and umbrellas makes the perfect spot to soak up the rays of the Cretan sun. An open-plan kitchen awaits you, with a BBQ for culinary nights, and an outstanding swimming pool for you and your loved ones to enjoy and relax, while gazing at the gorgeous sunset and the breathtaking views over the Cretan Sea.
