George has a beautiful home, it’s one in million. George was an exceptional host. His recommendation of Marcibo Restaurant was spot on—the food was excellent, and the service was the best I’ve ever experienced. We also visited an olive oil factory and honey farm run by his relatives, and they treated us like family- very friendly and wonderful. Our stay at the house was truly fantastic and EVERYTHING was 5 out of 5 Stars. Thank you, George!

Ein kleines Paradies direkt am Meer. Knapp 200 Meter zum Big Beach. Georgis hat sich großartig um unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Täglich kam ein Fischer und versorgte uns mit frischem Fisch, weil wir außerhalb der Saison da waren. Tolle Kontakte, gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Ein Willkommensgruss mit Wein, frischem Obst und Nüssen. Herrlich. So geht Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke Georgis.

Wir haben die Zeit in dem schönen Haus direkt am Meer sehr genossen. Platztechnisch ideal für uns als fünfköpfige Familie. Der Falassarna Strand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und toll zum baden. Wir haben es im Oktober geliebt, dass es so leer war. Für unsere kleinen Kinder war der „Tiny Beach, Pink Sand“ ganz in der Nähe ideal. George war gut zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps für wunderbare Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Leider hat es aus den Abflüssen der Bäder sehr unangenehmen gerochen. Dieses Problem konnte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben werden und hat uns besonders nachts eingeschränkt. Dennoch würden wir das Hause wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Terrasse bietet Logenplätze für den Sonnenuntergang. Ruhig und unglaublich schön gelegen. George ist ein äusserst aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

Das Haus ist toll, wie auf den Bildern. George ist super freundlich und war immer soforr zur Stelle wenn wir etwas brauchten. Die Lage ist abgeschieden, wir fanden das herrlich. Die Gegend ist noch nicht vom Tourismus überrannt. Es gibt viele Gewächshäuser und die bereits vielfach erwähnten Ziegen. Das ist auf den ersten Blick eher rauh und nicht so gepflegt – wir haben uns aber rasch an de ursprünglichen Charme und die landschaftlich schöne Bucht gewöhnt. Die Aussicht von Küche, Sofa, Terrasse und Vorgarten ist unschlagbar. 5 Tage Wasser, Wind und Ruhe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We (parents + 2 kids, 3 and 5 years old) stayed for ~8days, end of April. very good location, everything was as described. The location is truly unique.

Logement très propre, moderne et bien équipé. Parfait pour une famille de 3 enfants (2 chambres + canapé). Très bel accueil du propriétaire. Le logement est très agréable le matin et à partir de 18h avec un magnifique soleil couchant. Plage de Falasarna accessible à pied en 5 minutes.
Néanmoins nous avons été surpris par le voisinage sale et délabré (maisons en ruine, ferme délabrée) qui ne justifie pas selon nous le prix élevé de la location.

We loved our stay here. Amazing amazing location with the beach, beach bars and restaurants walkable and even a section of beach directly in front of the house that felt completely private. Enough space for 4 people easily with 2 en suite bathrooms attached to the bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Wished we had stayed longer! We would definitely come back.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub mit einer wahnsinnig schönen Aussicht und nur 5 Minuten vom tollsten Strand entfernt.
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Kommunikation mit George war sehr gut. Wir bekamen viele gute Restauranttips. Außerdem stand ein Obstkorb, Wasser und Wein bereit.

Our stay at Falassarna Beach House was amazing! Our host George, was there to greet us and answered our questions about the property. The property is very well maintained and is situated just a short walk from the beach. The sunsets are absolutely stunning! The road is a bit rough going up the driveway, but the home itself is lovely and so well kept. George was so attentive and gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. We just ran out of time! We highly recommend this property.

We appreciated the proximity to the beach, the patio furniture, the espresso machine, the comfort of the beds, and the location itself. The welcome gifts were also a nice touch. The owner and management company were able to meet all our needs and more, making our stay incredible. We highly recommend this location.

Great place… stunning scenery and very lovely hosts. This place is really great to relax, have a walk at the beach or just watch multiple beautiful sunsets. Two great restaurants can be reached in only 15 minutes walk and on the way back (it will be dark so make sure your mobile phone light works), make sure you look up and enjoy the stars.

Great house with stunning sunsets

House was very clean, well located near beach and Falassarna. Owner met us and was helpful throughout the stay with information. Recommended.

We stayed at George‘s house for one week at the beginning of June. The house is in perfect condition! There are some goats, sheep and chicken close to the house which our son loved feeding!
It’s a 5 minutes walk to the southern end of Falasarna beach which is beautiful and very nice to swim with small children when there is no wind and therefore no waves! On some days it was quite windy and lots of waves which is fun for older children/ adults. There are also one to two more options to swim in the ocean basically in front of the house with some stones in the water. There’s a small paved road in between the house and the ocean with very little traffic.
George gave us some recommendations regarding tavernas which were very nice and all within 5-10 minutes driving distance by car. We liked Taverna Vassilis the best because it has a little garden with swings and a boat to climb on for kids which makes it easier for parents to eat! It’s a 5 minutes drive by car.
So to the beach you can easily walk but for grocery shopping and restaurants you need a car.
We very much enjoyed our stay at George’s house and would very much recommend it to anybody looking for some relaxed days at the beach!

We stayed 6 Days in Georges Apartment and it made our Crete stay very special. The apartment was totally clean and additionally it was cleaned in the half of our stay. It is very detailled fitted and has everything you’ll need for the stay. The Location lays directly in front of the Beach of Falassarna at about a minute walk, sunsets and the waking up with the seasounds incredible awesome here. Also George was a very kindly Host and helped us in all questions we had in our Trip. Highly recommendable
Wir hatten 6 sehr schöne Tage unseres Kreta Urlaubs in Georges Apartment in Fallassarna. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und wurde zudem in der Hälfte unseres Urlaubs gereinigt was uns positiv überraschte. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr charmant gestaltet und besitzt alles was wir in unserem Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Persönliches Highlight ist die einzigartige Lage nahe dem wunderschönen Strand von Falassarna der in Fussweite liegt, die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Veranda genießen – einmalig schön. George war ein überaus hilfreicher Gastgeber der uns in allen erdenklichen Fragen unterstützte. Jederzeit wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir verbrachten 3 schöne Tage in der gut eingerichteten Villa mit herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen. Der Besitzer Georgious ist sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert . Die Lage ist top – direkt am Strand.

We absolutely loved it! The location is perfect. You can see two beaches and walk to three. Famos Falassarna beach is just over the little hill. Our 4-year old walked it in a few minutes. In the beautiful and spotless house there are even details we experienced as really thoughtful like a Backgammon game, books about Grete and even a JBL portable speaker for music on the porch or in the house.
The welcome war really warm with little gifts, thoughtful and prompt communication (they even offered and supplied some grocery shopping for us, so on the Sunday evening we arrived, there was food in the house for a little snack and the next morning) and supply with addresses of taverns, shops and what ever we needed.
A beautiful place, professionally and friendly run, which we can only recommend!

This place is amazing. So beautiful. So quiet. So clean. So amazing. So lovely. I can just speak in superlatives, because the place and the beach was more than I expected.

The stay has been great. The location is extraoedinary and the house very stylish. It has two bedrooms sleeping 2 people each with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach is less then a 5 min walk away and there Are plenty of restaurants. It was really quiet since there are no direct neighbours. Sitting on The front porch looking at the sea was sooooo relaxing. Stella and George have been very good hosts, even bringing over some ice cream one day. I can fully recommend the house.

Oh wow, where do I start? We totally loved this place! We’ve stayed in a few Airbnb’s and it usually takes a little while to settle and feel at home, but it was pretty much instant here. It’s a stylish, bright, sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable home, in the most incredible location. The view of the sea and sky is so beautiful, morning, noon and night, and the outside space is perfect for enjoying it. The house is equipped with everything you’d need and was great for our family of 5. The location worked really well for us for visiting everywhere we wanted to go (Balos, Elafonisi, Chania, Irini Gorge, etc) and there are so many delicious local restaurants to choose from. George the host was welcoming, helpful, generous, friendly, always there to answer questions or offer advice. I would recommend this place to everyone. We hope to be back one day!

Wonderfull place and great hospitality

The place is absolutely beautiful in a tranquil location with amazing sunset views. All the amenities you might need and more. Spotlessly clean. George’s hospitality exceeded our expectations. He is an amazing host and he looked after us very well. He even made a restaurant reservation for us as we arrived quite late and shops were closed.

Very beautiful house direct at the sea! Great communication and the owner of the house, Giorgos, is a very nice and friendly person with some good tips and very fast communication. We definitively recommend this house and will come back!!!

We spent 3 amazing nights in this lovely house. Cross over the road and you’re on the Falassarna beach. Beautiful views from the house across the sea, lovely outside space to chill and watch the sunset. Very well equipped. Would come back without hesitation. Only regret is not being able to stay longer! George is a very thoughtful and kind host with good tips on local restaurants and things to do.

Lovely house, very modern and perfectly equipped kitchen.
Quiet location, isolated,but to call it 50m from the beach is a little bit optimistic.There is a small road that seperates you from the sea and the actual beach is about 400m walking distance from the house. Lots of goats around the house, so can get a little smelly if the wind blows from the wrong direction.
Overall great stay!

The villa is in a perfect location within walking distance to Falassarna beach. The host George always gave us useful advice about the region and the nearby restaurants and shops. The villa is kept very clean, it is also very modern and well furnished. We spent a gorgeous week in this idyllic place and we would definitely come again on our next visit to Crete.

Nous avons passé un séjour superbe dans cette maison moderne, décorée avec goût et bien équipée et surtout parfaitement située face à la mer et en première ligne juste à côté de la grande plage de falassarna. George, le propriétaire, a été très disponible et nous a indiqué les restaurants locaux des environs.

George made our holiday a dream! The villa is amazing and with all the comfort, an amazing sofa in the living room where you can watch the sea or the sofa in the terrace, just amazing! Every little detail is unique, we will definitely come back soon!

We (couple with a 2 years old boy) spent a week in this wonderful villa with the amazing view! It was a great experience staying there. Although it was very windy in falassarna, we could relax at the veranda without getting blown away 🙂 the villa was very clean and with lots of kitchen utensiles. We also enjoyed that great restaurants are in walking distance! Thanks also for the sweets, fruits and coffee, we were very happy about it and thanks for the new towels in the mid of the week! Great villa near many super beaches of falassarna!

You can walk to the beautiful beach.
The area is an interesting mix between villas and greenhouses.
Dont expect a village, but shopping and restaurands are nearby.
A car is neccessary.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. George war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hat sich super gekümmert und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns gut erholt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We had two great stays in George’s house. The place is just gorgeous! Very quiet and relaxing. Only goats, sheeps and the sea. Despite of the goats being next to the house there was no smell and we were happy to have such a friendly neighbors 🙂 My daughter liked to feed them with the grass.
We were at a low season so there were no people even on beaches. In Nowember it was warm enough to enjoy the terrace and even a bit swimming. In December it was windy and raining so we were mostly spending time in a leaving room – the view was great even from inside! And about the views – the sunsets, stars and moon were just beyond of everything!
The house is very clean and stylish, the kitchen is well equipped (very good coffee maker, toaster, tool for hot sandwiches), good bluetooth speakers to enjoy your favourite music, high WiFi speed (~23-25Mbs) was enough for two parallel video calls. There was stuff to clean the house, also by request we were provided with vacuum cleaner.
Most of taverns were closed during winter time, 1-2 were open but with limited menu so we prefer to cook at home. A super market is just 10 minutes driving.
George was in touch during all the stay and promptly responded to all requests. We got some welcome food and vine upon arrival, that was really nice and made our evening.
I really really hope to come back to this breathtaking place cause it truly stole my heart!

We had a perfect time at seafront house in Falassarna. The place is great, just by the sea, 3 min walk to the one of the most beautiful beaches on Krete – Falassarna beach. You will have friendly goats and sheeps as a neighbors. The house is very cosy and well equiped. The host/owner was super nice and cared that we had everything we need. We would love to come back there!

Geweldige plek op het eiland. Een prachtige luxe villa met een fantastisch uitzicht. Echt een unieke verblijf. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en zorgt voor een warm ontvangst. Hij geeft goede tips voor mooie uitstappen in de buurt en lekkere restaurants. Heel mooie omgeving, prachtig strand en zee. Jammer dat de villa maar twee nachten vrij was. We hadden graag langer op deze prachtige plek gelogeerd. Als we nog en keer reizen naar Kreta , komen we zeker hier terug.

A beautiful house far away from everything and in the heart of nature which is worth a visit. We spent 3 nights in Falasarna and everything was perfect. We had a great stay. George, the owner gave clear check-in/out instructions and welcomed us with fresh fruits, and basic food supplies! Very kind indeed! The house was in excellent state. Helpful were the fly/musquito shields at all windows, and the external shutters in the bedrooms (pitch dark for our little son to sleep well). The pictures of the house are realistic. There is a large beach (main Falasarna) 5 min on foot to the right, and a smaller one, 5 min to the left. Taverna’s are also within walking distance. Super market just 5 min away by car. Note that the area is an agricultural area (tomatoes etc in plastic glass houses); hence not all views are splendid. However, sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea is really beautiful, as is the beach!
We will certainly recommend!

Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar – direkt am Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Falassarna Beach. Unser Aufenthalt hier war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit George war super und er hat sich immer direkt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Er hat uns zur Begrüßung sogar ein paar Snacks und Früchte bereit gestellt. Leider war zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs der Wassertank leer, aber er wurde sehr schnell wieder aufgefüllt.

Excellent location in an amazing area. Property was just right with friendly hosts and good comms. Clean, and terrace was FANTASTIC.
No full curtain in rear bedroom (shaded, small window, not overlooked), to be aware of for those who like absolute dark.
Recommend Alicia and Spillios for food if you have a car for short 5 min drive.

The villa seafront is a beautiful spot from where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every evening.

The Villa is indeed sea front with a nice view of the water and a short walk to a beach.
Points to be aware of are:
1. Its a 5 minute walk to the amazing Falassarna Beach, which has wonderful water, restaurants, bars etc
2. Its not expensive: local restaurants serve very good fresh fish – so stick to that
3. The host Giorgios is super helpful and available when needed
4. The local area however is not super clean or well maintained by the local authorities (if that is important to you).
5. Supermarket prices are relatively high – so eating out will end up saving you money
6. The villa itself is clean and comfortable, but there is now a white fence at the front which obstructs the sea view somewhat which is not in the photos
But all in all, a great stay – thank you!

The house has a compact size and a perfect lay out for a family of four. We found everything we needed for a relaxed day at the beach and the house and all appliances seemed to be pretty new. The landlord was very helpful and provided every information we needed. He gave us a huge basket with fruit at the house for us as well as olive oil, salt and so on. Also the house was cleaned and the sheets were changed once mid week (we stayed one week). The location is fantastic. You don’t have any neighbours but a herd of goats, yet it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Walking 5 minutes north you’ll hit busy but gorgeous Falasarna beach. Walking 3 minutes south you can enjoy a very quiet yet also serviced beach. The dream beaches Balos and Elafonisi are just a car ride of 45 / 80 minutes away. There are great tavernas in the Falasarna region, all of them with sunset views. The sunset is also great to watch from your own private terrace. We actually didn’t want to leave and would come back any time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Seafront. It was easy and really relaxing. Highly recommand it!

Thank you so much to the team at Seafront House! Especially to George who so kindly waited for us at the house and shared some amazing local tips with us! We felt welcomed and looked after but we also had full privacy and our expectations were exceeded! The house is spotless, fully equipped and you can literally hear the waves from the front door!

Top Standort mit super schöner Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben und leicht zu finden. Wenn man die Gegen erkunden möchte, sollte man defintiv mit Auto unterwegs sein. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ein kurzes Stück offroad. Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht. Der Falassarna Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. In der Umgebung sind viele Lokalitäten. Wir können uns den anderen positiven Bewertungen anschließen. George war außerdem total hilfsbereit, proaktiv, sehr nett und ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat uns viele gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Reinigung zwischendurcj war makellos. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt! Können wir ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! 🙂

Saubere und moderne Unterkunft, wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer, sehr kurze Wege zu beiden schönen Stränden. Von der Terrasse aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Wir würden sehr freundlich von Georges empfangen und bekamen für den Anfang Wasser und einen großen Obstkorb hingestellt.
Ab zu unserer Reisezeit ca 14.30 sehr wenig Schatten, aber unserer Bitte nach einem 2. Sonnenschirm wurde sofort nachgekommen. Guter und schneller Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter.
Überrascht und erst etwas geschockt hat uns die Bauruine hinter dem eigentlich schönen Haus, aber da man sie von der Terrasse aus gar nicht sehen konnte haben wir uns schnell dran gewöhnt.

Great place to park off for a couple of days. We spent most of our time between the cottage and the nearby beaches. Overall a great vacation.

Das Haus liegt wenige hundert Meter neben der grossen Falassarna Beach, umgeben von wilder Natur mit absolut umwerfendem Blick auf das Meer. Traumhaft! Die grösstenteils sauberen Strände sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar, das Wasser dort ist klar und einfach nur schön!
Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf der schönen Terrasse zu sitzen, die wunderbare Aussicht zu geniessen und was Leckeres zu grillieren.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern, es hat alles, was man braucht, um tolle Tage zu verbringen.
Georgios ist ein äusserst aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wegen meinen Rückenproblemen bekam ich durch die Springbettmatratze Rückenschmerzen und hatte 2 schlaflose Nächte. Da ist er tatsächlich noch am selben Tag nach Chania gereist, um einen Matratzentopper zu kaufen! Das hat meine Ferien gerettet, vielen Dank!

The first impression of the surrounding wasn´t that good, because a lot of plastic lined the street and the driveway to the house was pretty bumpy. But we were welcomed in a friendly way and found a well laid out and perfectly cleaned holiday house. And when we were sitting on the terrace enjoying the wonderful view and the sound of the sea (and the goats ;-)), we nearly forgot the waste. George is pretty attentive and looked quickly after our issue. We felt very well in the house, only the dashboards in the bathrooms could be replaced. Falasarna beach is a five minute walk distant and Balos and Elafonisi are easily accessible by car. There are various taverns nearby, we can highly recommend Spilios- a very nice place and super food.

Great place to disconnect and enjoy sunset

George siempre estuvo pendiente y fue muy flexible y generoso con todas nuestras necesidades. La comunicación es excelente, rápida y eficaz.
Es importante decir que había algunos productos locales esperándonos en casa: naranjas, agua, dos botellas de vino, miel, mermelada, café y todos los productos de limpieza necesarios, incluidos los de lavadora y lavavajillas. Eso facilitó mucho todo.
Nos encantó el jabón de aceite de oliva!
La casa, que es magnífica, está en una zona rural, el vecino tiene cabras y gansos y los caminos están descuidados. Hay que saber esto antes de elegir este alojamiento.
Las vistas son deliciosas desde el salón y una de las habitaciones dobles. Los espacios amplios y generosos. La otra habitación da a un olivo, sin vistas.
Todo estaba preparado excelente.

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, der auch einige gute Tips parat hatte. Die Lage des Hauses und den tollen Blick haben wir sehr genossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Séjour très agréable. La maison est bien équipée et correspond exactement au descriptif. Nous avons très bien dormi. L’une des meilleures locations que j’ai faite. L’hôte était a l’écoute.
La vue est magnifique. J’ai eu droit à un superbe coucher de soleil.
Le seul bémol qui n’est pas du ressort de l’hôte, ce sont les plastiques des serres aux alentours et l’enclos des chèvres voisines. Il est agréable d’entendre et de vous passer les chèvres mais elles ont un lieu de vie qui m’attriste.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Paar Meter von der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner Sandstrand, der sich gut zum Schnorcheln eignet. Außerdem kann man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge beobachten.

Ein Traumurlaub, wenn man Einsamkeit und Ruhe zu schätzen weiß. Einfach perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

We enjoyed one of our best family vacations ever at this listing. The setting is absolutely unique: just across the road from the water, with great swimming beaches a five minute walk in one direction, and a two minute walk in the other direction. The house itself is very private. The setting is primarily agricultural with very few houses; our next door neighbors were a goat farm! Peaceful and quiet. The house itself is very well equipped and well-decorated. The beds were comfortable, the showers worked great, and the air conditioning was fantastic and necessary in the warm weather. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Several good places to eat within walking distance or a short drive away. Overall, a fantastic place!

Stunning seafront house with magnificent sea view! Beautiful sand beaches are only a few minutes away. Self check-in worked perfectly. Communication with George (the owner) – who was very proactive – was great and he had perfect recommendation (restaurants, beaches). The house is as beautiful as depicted on the pictures and was very well equipped. Overall, we highly recommend the seafront house!

We returned to the villa after about five years. It was just as amazing as we remembered it. The location is fabulous. The villa was spotlessly clean – the best we have ever stayed in. It is the perfect location for a quiet relaxing hoiiday with the beach just a couple of minutes away. George was a great host and always keen to make sure that we were having a good time. Excellent séjour dans un logement super bien situé (50m d’une plage quasi privée et 150m de la plage de Falasarna). La maison est très bien équipée, elle a tout le confort d’une maison moderne dans un cadre bucolique. Et que dire de notre hôte (Georgios) qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Notre arrivée étant tardive, il nous a attendu, fait du shopping pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain et nous a même réservé le restaurant pour le soir.
on n’oubliera pas les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse qui sont magnifiques.
Beaucoup d’activités et de choses à voir, pas le temps de s’ennuyer.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus unmittelbar an einer kleinen Bucht. Abseits des Massentourismus, aber dennoch sind viele tolle andere Badebuchten sowie der bekannte Falassarna Beach schnell zu erreichen.
Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wir bekamen gute Tipps für tolle Tavernen in der Nähe.
Wir würden wieder kommen!

Juuri sopiva talo nelihenkiselle perheelle. Upea näkymä merelle. Lähin hiekkaranta heti tien tien toisella puolella. Alueella paljon kivoja rantoja ja ravintoloita.

Wunderschön gelegenes modernes Häusschen nah am Meer und fussläufig zum Falasarna Beach. Wer Ruhe in schöner Umgebung sucht ist hier richtig. Auch als Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge ist die Lage gut.

An incredible place surrounded by goats and olive trees and sea. In November we had the beach to ourselves a bit cold but swimmable. Giorgios was so helpful with our requests for information and tips.

Die Unterkunft war super und unser Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend bei allen Problemen/Fragen. Die Unterkunft bräuchte ein paar kleinere Ausbesserungen, um wieder voll den Fotos zu entsprechen. Das nimmt ihr aber nicht den Charme. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Tochter hat die Nähe zum Strand geliebt und die Ziegen direkt nebenan.

Je suis venu dans cette petite maison en plein hiver, j’y ai passé un merveilleux moment de calme.
J’ai hâte d’y revenir en saison.

Herrliches kleines Haus in Traumlage. Jeden Morgen zum Aufstehen baden im Meer vor der Tür! Nachts ist die Wasserpumpe leider manchmal etwas laut zu hören, aber das soll die 5 Sterne-Erfahrung nicht schmälern. Wer Ruhe, Einsamkeit und Erholung sucht, findet sie hier. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein sehr schöner Start unserer West-Kreta-Tour…George hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit für uns da. Wer es gerne individuell und ruhig hat, ist hier genau richtig!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war super sauber und uns erwartete eine überdurchschnittliche ausgestattete Küche. Das Kochen bereitete uns somit Freude. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und beglückte uns die ganze Zeit über. Am Anfang fanden wir die alte Ruine am Haus etwas merkwürdig und störend, mit der Zeit hat man sich aber damit abgefunden. Außerdem befindet sich an der Terrasse eine Kamera , die wir ebenfalls als störend empfanden. Aber im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und wir konnten jeden Morgen zu den nachlegenden Ziegen laufen.

We are a family of 5 and stayed for a week in this small but very cozy house at a wonderfull location. The house has every comfort you need, the surroundings are magnifisent. Our contact (George) was very responsive and quickly answered any question. Greatly recommended.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Wer die Natur schätzt und auch, dass die Nachbarn Ziegen sind, wird es hier lieben. Alles war sehr sauber und George sehr nett! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tout simplement formidable. Directement en face de la mer avec des coucher de soleil incroyable. George a été in suler hôte. Il a même arranger un livraison de poisson frais directement du pêcheur pour nous. Je recommande fortement!

La casa è molto bella e con diversi comfort. Pulita e moderna. La vista è stupenda, il tramonto e la cena in terrazza davvero stupendo! C’era anche una super cassa e abbiamo messo musica divertendoci molto e non infastidendo nessuno (forse solo le caprette della zona). La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi e l’host ci ha indicato taverne e market per la spesa. Siamo stati davvero bene! L’host è stato disponibile e gentile. La zona di Falassarna ci è piaciuta, un po’ selvaggia, ma con i servizi essenziali, spiaggia stupenda, solo a tratti un po’ ventosa.

We had an amazing stay at George’s house. The location and property were beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. George was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, and had plenty of recommendations for restaurants and shops etc. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and hopefully one day we will!
