The villa is designed and decorated by the owner and architect Christina Polatou, providing all the necessary amenities that cope with the needs and ambitions of the most discerning guests. Indoor facilities – Fos Villa

Villa Fos is a three-story villa, 180 sqm indoor and 150 sqm outdoor, where you can dive into luxury while staying there. It offers an extensive range of facilities and can host up to 11 people. The elegant architecture of the building and its sophisticated and minimalist interior decoration, combined with all the modern comforts of a luxury holiday home, offer a wonderful stay experience to its guests. In the basement, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower area on a patio. The bedroom has a double bed or two single beds. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one communal bathroom.

Each bedroom has two single beds, which, depending on the demands, can also be converted into double beds. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms and one communal bathroom. The large bedroom has two single beds, which are converted into a double bed and a sofa bed. The other one has a single and a sofa bed. Don’t forget that all the bedrooms have Coco-Mat mattresses, pillows, and other natural products for a more relaxing sleep. On the ground floor, there is an airy living room with a flat smart TV with satellite channels and a dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical devices for an unforgettable cooking experience. The smooth aesthetics and the structures were infused with a mix of warm and earthy colors, with traditional touches, and the presence of wood is the signature of the villa. An architectural splendor of minimalist design!

Outdoor facilities – Fos Villa

The exterior area includes a 150 sqm free space and a garden with a 30 sqm swimming pool. The villa has a private heated pool for those who want a different relaxation experience. The pool can be heated upon request, at least 7 days in advance, at extra cost. You can gather with friends and family at this stunning villa, smartly fitted with contemporary furnishings, vibrant strokes of color, and Scandinavian-influenced design elements. Revel in the solace of the sun-soaked yard whilst reclining poolside. The residence celebrates a creative dialogue between indoor and outdoor living and blends in harmony with the island’s surroundings. A parking area is also offered!

*Heated Pool Policy – Fos Villa

The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7-day advance notice for this service. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
