Fos Villa is a brand-new house located at the entrance of Galatas village in Chania, Crete, and enjoys views of the Mediterranean Sea, Ag. Theodori Island and Chania town. The villa is designed and decorated by the owner and architect Christina Polatou, providing all the necessary amenities that cope with the needs and ambitions of the most discerning guests. Indoor facilities

Villa Fos is a three-story villa 180m2 indoor and 150m2 outdoor, where you can dive into luxury staying at it. It offers an extensive range of facilities and it can host up to 11 people. The elegant architecture of the building and its sophisticated and minimalist interior decoration combined with all the modern comforts of a luxury holiday home offers a very beautiful stay experience to its guests. In the basement, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower area on a patio. The bedroom has a double bed or two single beds. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one communal bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds which, depending on the demands, can be also converted into double beds. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms and one communal bathroom. The large bedroom has two single beds which are converted into a double bed and a sofa bed. The other one has one single and a sofa bed. Don’t forget that all the bedrooms have Coco-Mat mattresses, pillows, and other natural products for a more relaxing sleep.

On the ground floor, there is an airy living room with a flat smart TV with satellite channels and a dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical devices for an unforgettable cooking experience. The smooth aesthetics and the structures were infused with a mix of warm and earthy colours with traditional touches and the presence of wood is the signature of the villa. An architectural splendour of minimalist design!

Outdoor facilities

The exterior area includes a 150m2 free space and a garden with a 30m2 swimming pool. The villa has a private heated pool for those who want a different relaxation experience. You can gather with friends and family at this stunning villa smartly fitted with contemporary furnishings, vibrant strokes of colour, and Scandinavian-influenced design elements. Revel in the solace of the sun-soaked yard whilst reclining poolside. The residence celebrates a creative dialogue between indoor and outdoor living and blends in harmony with the island’s surroundings. A parking area is also offered!
