Indoor facilities – Happy Villa

Happy Villa is a three-storey villa where on the ground floor you can find a living room with a sofa, a PS4 with two controllers and a 50 ‘’ satellite TV, a dining room for 6 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances where you can have an unforgettable cooking experience with your loved ones and a communal WC.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms two bathrooms and an air-conditioner.One bedroom has a double bed, a satellite flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, the other two each have two single beds and a flat-screen TV. All the bedrooms offer a gazing view of the sea and Ag. Theodori Island and the Lefka Ori. Last but not least there is a bedroom with two single beds, a flat-screen TV, one shower room, a WC, and a sitting room area where the sofa easily can be used as a sofa bed in the attic. In the basement of the villa, there is a well-equipped gym room, a laundry room, a bathroom, and an indoor parking space.

Outdoor facilities – Happy Villa

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large private swimming pool that can be heated upon request of course! Sun loungers surround the pool offering the best spot for your family and friends to enjoy the Cretan sun. The exterior area is equipped with a dining table for 8 guests, some elegant wooden chairs, and beautiful plants where you can enjoy your glass of wine with your friends under the starlight sky.

*Heated Pool Policy – Happy Villa

We offer a free heated pool amenity for 5-night stays or more. Otherwise, the swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7 days’ advance notice for this service.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
