Building A

On the ground floor, a spacious and sunlit living room opens to the pool terrace, offering uninterrupted sea views. The fully equipped main kitchen, featuring high-end appliances and all necessary amenities, is perfect for culinary adventures, while the elegant dining area for 8 creates the ideal setting for group meals and gatherings. The first floor hosts two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (1.80×2.00), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, A/C, and private balconies boasting panoramic sea and mountain views.

Building A opens to a private pool with a kids’ section, sun loungers, and shaded seating. The BBQ area has a gas grill, sink, wine cooler, and dining for 8. A manicured lawn and garden complete the outdoor space.

Building B

Accessible either internally via a connecting hallway or externally through a charming garden path, Building B serves as a more private guest space that beautifully complements the main residence.
Designed as a more intimate guest space, Building B complements the main residence beautifully. The ground floor includes a cosy living area with access to the pool terrace, a compact but fully equipped kitchen, and Bedroom 3, which features a double-size bed (1.60×2.00), A/C, an ensuite bathroom, and peaceful mountain views. On the first floor, Bedroom 4 offers a king-size bed, A/C, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with striking views over both sea and mountain—an ideal suite for guests seeking a quiet retreat within the villa.
Building B features a private outdoor jacuzzi (0.90m) with sun loungers and lush greenery for relaxation. Nearby, a private gym with weights, a static bike, and an exercise ball offers a peaceful spot to stay active. The landscaped lawn completes this tranquil outdoor retreat.
The beautifully landscaped gardens with lawn invite quiet strolls, yoga at sunrise, or lazy afternoons with a book. A private parking area for 6 vehicles ensures comfort and convenience for all.

Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pools can be heated at an extra cost upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 – 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request seven days’ advance notice for this facility. The payment is in cash on arrival.
