Indoor facilities at Villa Agali Chania
Spread over two floors in 253 sqm, this villa has everything you could wish for. Six airy, elegant, and bright bedrooms with king or double-size beds await you for a peaceful slumber after a long day of strolling around the city.
On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, one has an ensuite bathroom and views of the sea from the balcony, something that will attract your attention. The villa on the ground floor is completed with an open-air living space and a highly equipped kitchen that makes cooking meals worth trying. Sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy a cozy night while watching your favorite series, or gather around the dining area and raise a glass of wine while you get to enjoy a good-spirited dinner! Access to the exterior area and the pool is pretty easy from the dining area, with the large window doors making a seamless transition, giving you the chance to enjoy the direct connection with nature.
On the upper floor, you will find the rest of four bedrooms with classy surroundings, which make a grand and welcoming atmosphere. All of them have a unique character that underlines the effort. Three of them are equipped with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, but all of them have individually controlled A/C. Each floor has a communal bathroom suitable for all the guests.
All 6 bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses, king or double beds, individually controlled A/C, and open-type closets. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor can be converted into two twins upon request.
Outdoor facilities at Villa Agali Chania
Is there any other better place for you to spend your summer vacation rather than by the pool and under the sun? The 800 sqm exterior of our ultimate villa is complemented by a 50 sqm heated swimming pool with a children’s section, a BBQ area, a living area, and many places to sit and dine. The saltwater swimming pool in the exterior area with the crystalline water is the perfect spot for you to have a dip, soak up the Cretan sun, and feel the summer breeze. Curl up in the lounge area or enjoy your al fresco breakfast and your hot cup of coffee from the private terrace, watching the world wake up! Serve homemade meals in the BBQ area that is on the balcony out of the kitchen, indulge in a midday fiesta, or even enjoy a glass of wine under the starlit sky with your loved ones in the sitting area. For those who want to keep up with their fitness routine, there is plenty of outdoor gym equipment so that you can catch up with your hobbies even when you are on vacation. Safe to say that there is no need for you to worry about a parking space, the villa offers a private area for 3 cars.
*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge, upon request, from April till the end of May and from 15 September till the end of October, by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C, depending on weather conditions. Additionally, for the winter period (November to March), the swimming pool can be heated, upon request, at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25 – 26°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 7 days’ advance notice for this facility, and the cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures).
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.

The Holloways were exceptional hosts. They checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect, were always available when needed, and provided fantastic local recommendations. At the same time, they struck the perfect balance by giving us plenty of privacy and space to enjoy the villa on our own.
It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but Villa Agali absolutely did. Our group had the trip of a lifetime, and the villa played a huge role in making it so special. We left with incredible memories and would return in a heartbeat.

To say our stay in Chania exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. The communication from start to finish was outstanding (never had to wait longer than an hour to get a response to all our hundreds of questions), the villa was exactly as pictured, was absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean and it even had a cupboard full of everything a girl could ask for! We loved the robes and slippers to keep us cosy during a rainy morning.
We went as a group of 11 ladies for 4 days over the Easter weekend. We enjoyed the pre stocking service and private chef which were all organised for us upon our request. We had a whole day of sunbathing in April and were able to make the most of the heated pool.
Stella was the most incredible host. She baked us a pie, bought us all a small goodbye gift, treated us to a surprise dessert at a restaurant we went to and came straight over to sort out anything we needed.

Fantastic villa, very modern and well equipped. Lovely pool area. Very attentive service by the villa manager. We got taxi’s and the bus to restaurants and beaches along the coast and to the old town, as well as the water park.
Top Villa mit Pool und Meerblick
We went as two families, so 9 people (4 adults and 5 children) in total and the house was perfect and had plenty of space for us all to chill out and also spend time together – large outdoor dining area was great and also enough loungers by the pool for everyone.
It was a little tricky for some of the delivery drivers to find the location (we ordered take aways and groceries) but was easily sorted when they called for directions.
We liked that there was a village 10 mins walk in both directions and so this gave us a lot of local options for dinners. Would recommend Oinomelo restaurant – great seafood and greek dishes and a sea view, Kalamaki restaurant for lovely greek food and sea views. We also went to Virage family for drinks (cocktail hour) and breakfast which is a lovely family run affair, really friendly staff. We got the little ‘train’ to the waterpark and also there is a bus to Chania every 20 mins and the bus stop in c 5 mins from the villa! Overall, a great holiday!

We had an amazing stay at Vila Agali. It is very stylish and very well equipped, we had everything we needed and more. It is perfect for vacations with family or friends. Also, the host Stella is amazing, she made us feel very welcomed, helped with everything we needed and provided with very good recommendations. If we will be back in Crete we will definitely choose this place again.
We were going to stay at a hotel but instead opted for this beautiful house. Turns out it was like staying at the nicest hotel except our entire family got to be together.
Our hostess Stella was super helpful at check in and was in touch with us throughout the stay to make sure we were happy. And boy were we.
Stella had the refrigerator stocked when we arrived (Highly recommended) and even recommended a great chef who prepared a world class meal for us one night at the house.
We will come to Crete again and this is the house we will stay in.
