Indoor facilities – Villa Liodosifis

The villa is elegant, comfortable, and full of beautiful stonework and wooden elements. The villa retains its sense of tradition, with an eye toward modern design to keep you in total comfort and luxury. With its architectural supremacy, the villa aligns perfectly with the natural environment. The villa is two-storied, with a plot size of 500 sqm and a property size of 130 sqm.

Consists of two buildings at the edges of the complex and has four bedrooms, while in the middle building, there is a single room and a kitchen. The ground floor has a room ideal for children as it has a sofa bed while the ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower. The first floor is equipped with twin single beds and high-quality Coco-Mat mattresses that can be converted into double beds.

The second building on the ground floor features a double room with a high-quality Coco-Mat mattress and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. The first floor of the same building features a double room with a high-quality Coco-Mat mattress and a bathroom equipped with a shower. In the open lounge, there is a flat-screen TV and a fireplace for cozy nights with your loved ones, and a dining room. The kitchen with traditional touches on the ground floor is equipped with all the necessary electrical devices for an unforgettable cooking experience.

Guests will be enchanted by the features of this villa. The residence is embellished with an elegant and modern selection of furniture and antique pieces that fuse well with the stone-faced walls and natural earthy palette. Outdoor facilities – Villa Liodosifis

The exterior area allows you to enjoy an incredible view from the verandas, the first located on the ground floor, the second one on the top of the open-plan lounge building, and the third which is high above the first building. On the ground floor, there is a BBQ, a large monastery table, a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, and panoramic views from the White Mountains up to the Sea. The private swimming pool, 20sqm. with and depth of 1,40m, offers moments of relaxation under the sounds of running water, whether you are splashing around the pool or relaxing on the sun loungers. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. The location and the Villa Liodosifis are rich in olive groves and vineyards. This magical location offers tranquillity and serenity, prompting guests to take a walk while listening to the sounds of sheep, birds, and goats that roam freely.

*Heated Pool Policy – Villa Liodosifis

The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require 7 days’ advance notice.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
