Indoor facilities – Villa SeaCrete 1

Seacrete villa 1 is a three-story villa built on the highest point of the property. From the villa, you can see the entire Akrotiri Peninsula and the town of Chania the perfect place to watch the sunrise and the sunset, Entering the villa from the entrance level you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has all the necessary appliances and facilities, that will make your holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. A dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with direct access to the exterior area and the pool are located pretty close to the kitchen. On this level, there is a communal bathroom suitable for all the guests. The villa consists of four bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom and an amazing view of the exterior area. A large terrace completes the area, where you can enjoy the amazing sea and pool view. The other three rooms are located on the ground floor, equipped with double-size beds and ensuite bathrooms offering complete privacy and autonomy.

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool and the lounge area with sofas, which makes it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. The swimming pool can be heated upon request with an extra charge. Pretty close to the pool area is a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a parking area is provided outside the villa. Special note that the complex offers accessibility to a tennis court.

The location of the villa is situated at a very idyllic point, and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.

*Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7-day advance notice for this service. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
