Indoor facilities – Villa Seacrete 4

Villa Seacrete 4 is a three-storey villa consisting of four bedrooms, three of which are located on the lower level and the last one is on the first level. All of them feature en-suite bathrooms, something that provides complete privacy and autonomy. On the ground level, there is a shared WC suitable for all the guests. The bedrooms are located three of them on the ground floor and the last one on the first floor of the villa, and all of them feature ensuite bathrooms. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground level, you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities. The area is completed with a dining room for 8 guests and a living room with a big flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Sofas and armchairs complete the general essence of the property, while in the meantime, following the architectural design and high quality of products that have been used.

Outdoor facilities – Villa Seacrete 4

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool and the lounge area with sofas, making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. The swimming pool can be heated upon request with an extra charge. Pretty close to the pool area is a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa. Special note that the villa offers accessibility to a tennis court.

The location of the villa is situated at a very idyllic point, and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. The surrounding of the villa is completed with the beautiful private garden lawn and the olive trees that surround the villa.

*Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7-day advance notice for this service. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
