Indoor facilities – Villa Thalasa

Villa Thalasa is divided over two floors, consisting of four bedrooms. On the ground floor, the villa features a bedroom with 2 twin beds, that can be converted into a king-size bed and has a sea view and direct access to the pool. On the same floor, you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience where the table sits in a sunny spot in the center of the house. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace.

The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. Reaching the upper floor, there are 3 sea-view bedrooms with a balcony, two of them feature queen-size beds, and one features beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Tastefully decorated to match the serenity of this place! On the ground floor, there is a shared bathroom with a shower suitable for all the guests, and on the upper floor, 1 ensuite bathroom with a shower and 1 communal bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor facilities – Villa Thalasa

Is there any other better place than lying by the pool while gazing at the gorgeous sunset from the top? To make things even better, the swimming pool, the lounge space with the sunbeds, the BBQ area, and the sitting area with the sofa, are the ultimate spots to relax and enjoy your al fresco meals with your loved ones. Feel the summer breeze and the Cretan sun, little things that will impress you. The accessibility to the sea is pretty easy on foot. Don’t forget that a secure private parking area for 2 cars is provided by the villa.

*Heated Pool Policy – Villa Thalasa

The heating of the swimming pool (at a controlled temperature of 23°C-24°C) is included in the price for the period of 1.5 to 31.10. The swimming pool can be heated upon request above 24°C at an extra charge. The pool can also be heated for the period of 01.01 to 30.04 & 01.11 to 31.12 upon request at an extra charge. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
