Villa Thalassa is located in the Western Crete in the village of Agios Georgios in Kissamos. It is designed to offer relaxing holidays in a magnificent landscape. The Villa is situated on a hill where you can enjoy the view of the Gramvousa peninsula and Kissamos Bay.

Indoor facilities – Villa Thalassa

Big windows are built from wall to wall allowing sunlight to flood the interior of the Villa and let you enjoy the spectacular sea view and the warm Cretan sun. Modern stones decorate the walls in the exterior and interior parts of the area. The Villa is divided into two floors with a big comfortable space. Entering the ground floor a modern and elegant living room awaits you. A stone-made sofa that can be turned into a bed was designed to be used for the rest of an extra person. An open-plan kitchen is near the living room, having a range of cookware and appliances. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a twin-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Going up the metal-designed stairs on the first floor there is a large bedroom with a double-sized bed which was designed to offer relaxing sleep during your holidays. A big window is situated on the front wall where you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view. The bedroom also includes a private en-suite bathroom. A private balcony is located in the front area of the bedroom with stylish furnished tables and chairs for a relaxing evening in the moonlight. Another room with a double bed is on the first floor which is suitable for guests. The room also has an en-suite bathroom. The access to the room is from the interior part of the main building or an exterior door around the Villa.

Outdoor facilities – Villa Thalassa

Villa Thalassa is designed with magnificent exterior space. The private swimming pool with sunbeds offers relaxing moments and fun, admiring the great sea view. The large outdoor dining area provides a pergola that is designed to allow sunshine as well as a little shade for the warm hours of the day. Thalassa Villa is ideal for those who want to relax and have fun with their company in a modern and comfortable space with many luxurious amenities. The important feature of the landscape of this area is the well-known olive oil that is popular for its nutritional value which is produced by olive trees. It is well-known that Crete has rich fauna and flora. The modern stones of the exterior walls match the surrounding area.

Heated Pool Policy – Villa Thalassa

The swimming pool can be heated with an additional cost upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 – 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool must be paid in cash upon arrival.

A security deposit is required.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.

Villa Thalassa is part of a complex with 8 luxury villas, each one with its private facilities and amenities.
