Villa Utopia is a brand-new luxury villa in Agios Georgios, Kissamos, on the western side of Crete.

Nestled on a serene hillside with panoramic views of the Gramvousa peninsula and Kissamos Bay, the villa is designed to combine modern architecture, comfort, and elegance for an unforgettable holiday in Crete.

Indoor – Villa Utopia

The ground level of Villa Utopia features a bright and spacious living area with large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the interior while offering uninterrupted views of the sea. A stylish open-plan kitchen with contemporary white furnishings and a dining area creates the perfect setting for shared meals with family and friends. On the same level, two bedrooms are designed with king-size beds that can be converted into twins upon request, each equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms with modern showers.

On the first floor, three additional bedrooms continue the villa’s modern design and comfort. Each bedroom has a king-size bed that can be turned into twins, private ensuite bathrooms with showers, and large windows that frame the stunning views of the Cretan landscape. The combination of minimalist interiors, natural light, and high-quality furnishings ensures a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout the villa.

Outdoor – Villa Utopia

Outdoors, Villa Utopia offers a private swimming pool of 50 sqm surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. A pergola-shaded lounge and dining area provide the ideal space for al fresco meals, while a charcoal barbecue adds a traditional Cretan touch. The landscaped garden with lawn, local plants, and flowers enhances the villa’s natural charm, while private parking adds convenience for guests.

Fully equipped and set in a vibrant, open-air environment, it’s perfect for energizing workouts or a refreshing start to your day. Heated Pool Policy – Villa Utopia

The swimming pool can be heated with an additional cost upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 – 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool must be paid in cash upon arrival.

A security deposit is required.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.

Villa Utopia is part of a complex with 10 luxury villas, each one with its own private facilities and amenities.
