Incredible. The perfect getaway for those looking for privacy. The villa was immaculate, very well equipped and a pleasure to be in. The hosts are incredibly helpful and very responsive. Will definitely return- thanks so much for making our trip so memorable!

Villa was exactly like we expected from the photos. The house was modern, and spotlessly clean.
The pool was cleaner than some 5* hotels I’ve stayed in.
The kitchen was very well equipped and we were easily able to cook meals for 10 people with the equipment provided.
The location is in a very small town, but there is a good supermarket with an excellent meat counter and a couple of great restaurants within walking distance and a great winery 15 minute drive away.
We were very happy with our stay and the communication was probably the best I’ve seen at any Airbnb
The only thing to be aware of is that there are some stairs with no handrails which was tricky for one elderly person in our party, but other than that the villa is perfect.

Villa Vega was a fabulous villa, impeccably clean and finished to a very high standard. We stayed as a large family group with different age ranges and had a great time. The Holiways team were extremely helpful and easily contactable. The couple of points I would make for future bookings is to definitely follow the instructions as provided by the team (rather than google maps) and be aware that there are some quite steep stairs and you might wish to consider with really small children and elderly guest. Overall though, a stunning place!

We stayed at Villa Vega with family and friends for 10 days. It is an outstanding villa. We had a truly wonderful time. The villa was spotlessly clean and a beautiful space to spend precious holiday time. The outside area is peaceful and spacious with a lovely pool. I cannot recommend Villa Vega highly enough. The Holiways team was also exceptional, before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, so many happy memories made!

Herausragend war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts – immer freundlich, fundiert und sehr schnell.
Wir sind in einer Gruppe von 12 Personen gereist und waren alle von diesem modernen Haus mit moderner Einrichtung begeistert. Alles wirkt neu und super eingerichtet.
Für unsere Gruppe waren ausreichend Liegen und ein großer Outdoorbereich vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet sogar Handmixer, wenn man einen Kuchen backen möchte.
Uns standen für 3 Schlafzimmer 1,5 Bäder und drei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad zur Verfügung.
Jedes der Zimmer ohne eigenes Bad hat einen eigenen Balkon oder Terrasse.
Wir sind rundum zufrieden – mit Haus, Ausstattung und Kommunikation! Vielen Dank!

Villa Vega is probably the newest, modern and beautiful villa you can find in Chania region. Holliways team and the host were amazing people who helped us with everything during our stay. The house is located in Alikianos where you can easily reach the highway to go to all beaches south, west, city centre, Souda or the airport. The house was very spacious even for 10 people, good choice for large groups. Facilities were extra new and clean. It has a beautiful pool and a garden too. The house and its area has a Tuscany feeling to it.

Just returned from a lovely week stay at Villa Vega. Our group was a total of 7 adults and 4 children ages between 1 and 3 years old.
The communication with Stella from Holiways was perfect from the moment we booked the villa until our departure. Stella was very hospitable and did everything in her capacity to ensure we had a comfortable stay that exceeded our expectations.
Upon our arrival at the villa Stella was there to greet us along with the owner Manos. They were very hospitable and went the extra mile by providing us with food, fruits, freshly baked Cretan pies and lots of goodies.
All children were provided with cots and there were toys kindly left in the villa for them. A gate was also installed at the top of the staircase for the safety of our children.
All bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The garden and pool were the perfect place for everyone to relax and children to play. The pool has a cornered off shallow area for the kids along with an outdoor shower.
All bedrooms have separate AC units however, the living room/kitchen don’t have any AC which was quite warm especially when we were cooking.
The villa is located 15 mins away from chania town in a lovely peaceful town. Small supermarkets and restaurants were only a few minutes away.
Stella assisted us in arranging for a private chef to cook us dinner at the villa for 2 nights during our stay, the food and service were outstanding!
Overall our stay was brilliant, thank you to Stella and Manos for going above and beyond to make our stay special.

The villa is amazing, brand new, clean and fully equipped with everything you could think of. As we checked in – we had a warm welcoming with lots of food, drinks, and treats in the pantry and in the fridge. In terms of location the villa is super private and surrounded by beautiful mountain view. Right next to the villa you will find a supermarket, a fish shop, a bakery and some nice restaurants. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the city of Chania and there you will find everything else you need and of course some great beaches. Communication with Stella and Maria (from the management company) was excellent and we also received helpful recommendations from them. We will definitely be back there in the future – hopefully soon.

We stayed in Vila Vega with a numerous group of friends and we were all stunned by the place!. Recently built, superbly equipped and decorated house. The village has amenities (supermarket, gas station) and you can find good restaurants/tavernas, other shops and a winery in the surroundings.
The living room is modern and spacious. The kitchen has any possible appliance you can think of, including an automatic ice dispenser that made our life easier. A nice plus is that we were welcomed with a box of Greek delicatessen. The rooms are very spacious with all you need (towels, beach towels, bathrobe, room sleepers, shampoo, hairdryer…).
The best part is the outside with an impressive pool and garden, it really made our stay in chania very special! It was for most of us the best Airbnb we had so far! It was highly appreciated that they did a cleaning in the middle of the week. The owners and staff were helpful, thoughtful and made sure the place was kept clean in an unobtrusive way.
Moreover, the person listing the apartment helped us a lot with organizing our holiday in Crete too. The only thing to take into account is that you will definitely need a car to move around.

This place is great and spacious enough for the 12 of us that stayed. The pictures were accurate and Stella was really helpful in helping us arrange trips and excursions and also recommended a few places. I would recommend hiring a car as transport can be quite expensive. It was clean and our chef also made great food. would highly recommend.

So helpful and professional. Individual air conditioning in all rooms and living room/kitchen. Amazing house in general. As long as you have a car it fells placed perfectly both for the airport and Chania. Much greener then other spots in Crete.

Sooo….regarding this amazing home…it was nothing less than a class act!
The owners paid attention to so many details, from the beautiful fruit arrangement, the wine, the basket of goodies, freshly baked spinach delights!
The spa robes, soaking tub, and all of the bathroom amenities cannot be beat! We were truly spoiled!
This home is very contemporary, spacious, picturesque, and gas amazing views! My granddaughters enjoyed the pool immensely.
They’ve thought of every detail, and we certainly were more than comfortable and at home!

Fantastic stay with my friends for my birthday. Beautiful luxurious and spacious villa which fit 10 of us nicely.
Cleaners can mid way through our stay and cleaned the house ensuring we continued to have a comfortable stay.
Stella also provided a taxi service for us to transport us to the airport short of notice

We had a great stay at Villa vega and due to good communication with holiways a reliable and safe transport. The Villa looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean and nicely decorated. The highlight of the house is definitely the pool.

Absolutely amazing villa! We were a group of 8 and the villa felt so spacious. The pool was brilliant & everything was clean.
The kitchen is really well stocked & equipped. We ate outside every night, which was lovely. The villa is private & quiet, with an incredible view of the mountains.
The village is very nice & has an amazing bakery- incredible bread & pastries!
Stella was super helpful & really communicative. She helped with everything & responded instantly! She had lots of recommendations for the rest of Crete too. A wonderful stay

An absolutely stunning villa set in idyllic & peaceful surroundings. The villa had everything we needed and more. The pool is perfect for adults and kids and the outside space is plentiful with great outdoor dining facilities. The host was amazing, very responsive, and provided us with excellent local recommendations. There are some beautiful beaches nearby the villa. We were a large group of couples and kids and all had a wonderful time. The villa is very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend!

Een geweldig huis met alle luxe en mogelijkheden! We hebben enorm genoten met 10 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Enige tip: een traphekje plaatsen van de bovenverdieping naar beneden ivm gevaar voor kruipende baby :).
Stella is super vriendelijk en heeft ons met alles goed geholpen.

Amazing villa surrounded by orange and avocado orchards – idyllic.
Great amenities in Alikianos (which is a bit off the tourist trail but everyone is very friendly and it has supermarket and two excellent bakeries and we enjoyed Kyklaminos as a restaurant and there is another one that opens later in the). Recommend also winery tour (or just lunch) at Manousakis winery in Vatolakkos (5 mins drive / 1 hour walk)
We had a great time and it was very spacious for 10 family members (four couples and two singles). 100% recommend

התארחנו בוילה עם כל המשפחה (12 איש, כולל ילדים קטנים ותינוקות) – והייתה לנו חופה נהדרת!
הוילה מרווחת, מעוצבת בטוב טעם ומאוד נוחה לשהות ארוכה. המטבח היה מאובזר לחלוטין – לא היה חסר לנו כלום, מה שהפך את הבישול והארוחות המשפחתיות לקלות ונוחות.
המארחים היו אדיבים, זמינים תמיד, ונענו בשמחה לבקשות מיוחדות שהיו לנו בנוגע לילדים. למשל, במהלך השהות ביקשנו מחסום למדרגות בשביל שהתינוקות לא יפלו – והם הגיעו והתקינו אחד מיד. שירות יוצא מן הכלל!
החצר והבריכה היו גולת הכותרת – נעימות, מטופחות, ריהוט גן חדש ויפה עם נוף מהמם.
נקודה קטנה למודעות: החדרים נמצאים בקומה התחתונה וצריך לרדת אליהם במדרגות מתוך הוילה, אז אם אתם עם תינוקות או עגלות – קחו את זה בחשבון.

Das Haus und der Service haben uns wirklich gut gefallen!
Wir wurden bei Ankunft von einer Mitarbeiterin von Holiways begrüßt.
Wir waren begeistert.
Das Haus&das Grundstück sehen wie auf den Fotos aus!
Im EG befinden sich der grosse Küchenwohnbereich, drei SZ mit Klima, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Bad mit Dusche.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Von Mixer bis Schalen, alles ist da!
Souterrain befinden sich eine weitere, kleine Küche und drei SZ mit Klima, mit anliegendem Bad (der Empfang des Babyphones reicht leider nicht bis hier).
Der Aussenbereich ist ein Traum! Der Pool sowie die Möbel, alles ist gepflegt und schick.
Unsere Extrawünsche wurden genau so umgesetzt. Wir (12 Erw., 5 Kinder im Alter von 5 M. bis 5 J.) benötigten 4 Babybetten&ein Zustellbett. Zudem war ein Treppengitter eingebaut.
Das Haus befindet sich am Rand v. Alikianos. Im Ort befinden sich ein Supermarkt, eine Taverne. Strand/Chania ist ca 25Min. mit dem Auto entfernt.
