Villa Zephyros is a brand new villa, part of a four-luxury villa complex located in Agia Pelagia. Has exclusive autonomy and privacy. However, in some of the premium facilities, everyone has access. All the services and amenities are designed to ensure that the property suits the mentality, needs, and copes with ambitions of the most discerning guests. The Villa ensures the guest complete privacy in both the interior and exterior areas, offering a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea from the best spot.

Indoor facilities – Villa Zephyros

Villa Zephyros consists of four modernly designed bedrooms on the ground floor with ensuite bathrooms. Two of them have an amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and a separate WC is located on the first floor, which is suitable for all guests. Every bedroom is designed with high-quality products and combines modern architecture with minimalism. An extra room on the ground floor provides the guest with a dryer, a washer, and an iron with an ironing board. An airy living room is located on the first floor with easy access to the pool area. The living room has a flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and an artificial fireplace. In the same area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, something that gives the opportunity to the opportunity to cook and try some of the traditional Cretan dishes.

Outdoors facilities – Villa Zephyros

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool (0.95m to 1.40m depth) filled with seawater that will become your favorite place in the villa. Also, the swimming pool can be heated upon request, at least 7 days in advance, at extra cost. On the right side of the pool, there is a BBQ area with a dining table where the guests can relax and taste some traditional dishes while watching the sunset from the front side of the villa. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

*Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require a 7-day advance notice for this service. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

A security deposit is required.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
